*Disc Pts = discount points which are fees paid to buy down the interest rate. Other closing costs may apply and vary from loan to loan. All brokers earn compensation for their services by either collecting origination fees from the borrower at closing or by a lender paid rebate in return for a higher interest rate, or a combination of the two. Rates are based on a first mortgage loan for a single family owner-occupied residence with a downpayment of 20% for a conforming loan (loans up to $417,000) and 25% for a jumbo loan (loans more than $417,000) unless otherwise noted.  Rates are also based on a 720 credit score unless otherwise noted.  Other restrictions may apply and closing costs may vary widely among lenders. APR = annual percentage rate which is calculated by each company and includes costs to obtain the loan and private mortgage insurance if required. Lock = rate lock period. ARM = adjustable rate mortgage. The APR on ARM loans is variable and is subject to change after consummation based on the index.  Payment = the monthly principal and interest payment based on the type of loan product selected, the loan amount selected and the interest rate shown. It does not include monthly escrow payments for items such as real estate taxes, homeowners’ insurance premiums, private mortgage insurance, etc. if applicable, and the actual payment oblligation will be greater.
